I have been in the automotive industry for twenty-five plus enjoyable years serving customers and coworkers alike. I specialize in both customer service, and dealership relations. I believe cultivating a happy and friendly workplace creates the same happy and enjoyable environment for our guests. I moved to Arizona a little over a year ago with my beautiful wife and our youngest son. I spent most of my career in Portland, Oregon. We have two purebred Maine-Coon cats. They are a giant breed that are incredibly affectionate. When I’m not working, I enjoy nights out with my family and exploring all the beautiful landscapes that Arizona has to offer. I have recently started writing poetry which has been a wonderfully fulfilling adventure. What attracted me to Volvo Cars of Gilbert is the people. Volvo is a remarkable brand. The people here are amazing.
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, I got my start in automotive from a suggested career-change from my friend over 40 years ago. I’ve spent majority of my career in Sales Management. My hobbies are golfing and vacationing with my wife of 21 years and our daughter.
I have been in the automotive industry for about 2 years now and I am from Mesa, Arizona. I have one brother, two sisters, three dogs, and two cats. I really like football and basketball. I also really like working out and living healthy. Some of my past job experience is a delivery driver and a salesperson at a different store. What brought me to Volvo Cars Gilbert is my passion for making a difference in the lives of people around me.
I was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2021 with a degree in marketing. I have been an automotive enthusiast and loved learning about the ins and outs of cars since I can remember. My other hobbies and interests include weightlifting, baseball, fashion, and skateboarding. I came to Volvo because I love interacting with people and helping them find a perfect solution. I am new to the automotive industry, but I believe in providing the best experience possible for customers. My name is Jaden Norris, I’m a sales associate here at Volvo. I’ve been into cars for years and always loved learning about and working on them. I worked in retail for over 2 years and learned I love to talk to people and that is what led me to car sales. Mix my passion for cars and love for talking into a career. I was born and raised here in AZ. Played ice hockey from a young age through high school and loved it. I came to Volvo because I heard it was a friendly environment with lots of nice people. I’m here to provide a comfortable and easy buying experience for every customer.
I was born in a small town in Ohio then moved to Gilbert, AZ in 2018. I graduated from Mesquite High School. I have a passion for cars, from working on them to driving. My other hobbies are playing video games and concerts. I used to work at a tire center, but I came to Volvo Cars Gilbert because I love interacting with people, my goal is to help make the car buying process easier for everyone and let customers leave with a smile every time.
I was born and raised in Norway and moved to the U.S. to play collegiate soccer. I’ve spent the last 15 years in Virginia and North Carolina furthering my education earning a bachelor’s degree in physical education: Personal Training, a master’s degree in business administration, and a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership. Most recently I’ve worked as a personal trainer at my own studio, as well as served as a sports performance coach at my alma mater. My hobbies include my two dogs, the gym, golf, hiking, and traveling. I am new to Arizona and new to car sales, but I am a lifelong fan of Volvo. My first car was a Volvo s60 and my car today is also a Volvo s60. I am a huge fan of the brand and the core values of the company, so I am very excited to be here and look forward to helping you find the vehicle that is perfect for you!
I grew up having an interest in cars, which is what lead me to work here. I was born and raised in Arizona, but Japanese is my first language. I studied business and personal training in college at San Diego and played sports all throughout high school, mostly volleyball but also swim, gymnastics, and weightlifting. I love spending my time outside, picking up new hobbies and working with animals. I grew up traveling with my family my whole life, seeing so many places, and traveling through my church on mission trips. I love working with people and enjoyed working in customer service for the last 4 years.
I was born and raised in Chicago, Il. I’ve loved cars for as long as I can remember. My automotive career began with Oldsmobile in Evanston, Il. Moved to SoCal, worked for Buick and Saturn, and in 1992 began my Volvo career with the launch of the 850. Relocated to the East Valley to care for my elder folks and joined Volvo Cars Gilbert in 2018. 30 years later, still with the greatest brand in our industry, Volvo. When off duty, enjoy playing golf with my beautiful wife, of 32 years, Deede. We enjoy traveling to visit our older son in Orange County and our younger son in Portland. We also enjoy pampering our Shitzu, Momo.
I moved to Arizona in July 2023 from the sunshine state of Florida, where I grew up and spent the last 18 years of my life. I’ve been in the automotive industry since the week after I graduated high school. I started as a service technician with a luxury brand, where I specialized in heavy line work (such as engine overhauls) and advanced electrical diagnosis and repairs. I am certified by 3 manufacturers as a service technician, 3 manufacturers as a service advisor, and 2 manufacturers as a service director. When I first arrived in Arizona, I worked for an independent shop that specialized in exotic vehicles (such as McLaren, Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc.). Outside of the automotive industry, I enjoy soaking up time near the water, traveling, and spending time with my family, friends, and pets. Volvo Cars Gilbert drew my attention when I experienced first-hand the kind and welcoming atmosphere created by the employees. I’d love nothing more than to be able to contribute to something that great.
I am a true Arizonan native, as I was born and raised here in the state. I started my career in the automotive industry as a lot attendant within the organization and transferred to Volvo Cars Gilbert. Outside of work I actively practice and compete in the martial of Muay Thai & Boxing.
I have five years of experience in the automotive industry. Currently pursuing a degree in Automotive Systems Engineering, my passion for understanding the intricacies of vehicles has been a large driving force throughout my career.
