Born and raised in Danbury, Connecticut, I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Justice and Law from Western Connecticut State University. After running my own business, I began my career in the automotive industry in 2015 at a Volvo dealership. I relocated back to Arizona in 2016, where I now live with my two children. Outside of work, I enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle, attending sporting events, exploring local markets, and experiencing new dining spots.
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, I got my start in automotive from a suggested career-change from my friend over 40 years ago. I’ve spent majority of my career in Sales Management. My hobbies are golfing and vacationing with my wife of 21 years and our daughter.
I was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2021 with a degree in marketing. I have been an automotive enthusiast and loved learning about the ins and outs of cars since I can remember. My other hobbies and interests include weightlifting, baseball, fashion, and skateboarding. I came to Volvo because I love interacting with people and helping them find a perfect solution. I am new to the automotive industry, but I believe in providing the best experience possible for customers. My name is Jaden Norris, I’m a sales associate here at Volvo. I’ve been into cars for years and always loved learning about and working on them. I worked in retail for over 2 years and learned I love to talk to people and that is what led me to car sales. Mix my passion for cars and love for talking into a career. I was born and raised here in AZ. Played ice hockey from a young age through high school and loved it. I came to Volvo because I heard it was a friendly environment with lots of nice people. I’m here to provide a comfortable and easy buying experience for every customer.
I was born in a small town in Ohio then moved to Gilbert, AZ in 2018. I graduated from Mesquite High School. I have a passion for cars, from working on them to driving. My other hobbies are playing video games and concerts. I used to work at a tire center, but I came to Volvo Cars Gilbert because I love interacting with people, my goal is to help make the car buying process easier for everyone and let customers leave with a smile every time.

With years of experience in the film production, marketing, and customer service, I take pride in helping every guest feel confident, informed, and valued throughout their car-buying journey. I am new to automotive sales, but I am excited to start this new journey. I am from Huntsville Alabama and so is my family. I just recently moved out here with my fiancé. I used to be in the restaurant industry while I was in Alabama. I am so excited to work for Volvo.
I moved to Arizona in July 2023 from the sunshine state of Florida, where I grew up and spent the last 18 years of my life. I’ve been in the automotive industry since the week after I graduated high school. I started as a service technician with a luxury brand, where I specialized in heavy line work (such as engine overhauls) and advanced electrical diagnosis and repairs. I am certified by 3 manufacturers as a service technician, 3 manufacturers as a service advisor, and 2 manufacturers as a service director. When I first arrived in Arizona, I worked for an independent shop that specialized in exotic vehicles (such as McLaren, Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc.). Outside of the automotive industry, I enjoy soaking up time near the water, traveling, and spending time with my family, friends, and pets. Volvo Cars Gilbert drew my attention when I experienced first-hand the kind and welcoming atmosphere created by the employees. I’d love nothing more than to be able to contribute to something that great.
I was born and raised in Chicago, Il. I’ve loved cars for as long as I can remember. My automotive career began with Oldsmobile in Evanston, Il. Moved to SoCal, worked for Buick and Saturn, and in 1992 began my Volvo career with the launch of the 850. Relocated to the East Valley to care for my elder folks and joined Volvo Cars Gilbert in 2018. 30 years later, still with the greatest brand in our industry, Volvo. When off duty, enjoy playing golf with my beautiful wife, of 32 years, Deede. We enjoy traveling to visit our older son in Orange County and our younger son in Portland. We also enjoy pampering our Shitzu, Momo.
I have been an Arizona resident for 28 years, I was born in northern Minnesota in a smaller city called Bemidji. I have two dogs, one corgi/mini heeler mix and an Australian shepherd/great pyrenes mix. Any chance we get the wife and I pack up the truck and the dogs and escape to northern Arizona. Whether it just be a day trip seeing the sights or camping trip we love anything to do with the outdoors. We enjoy hunting, fishing, camping or heading to the lake to do some paddle boarding. I have been in the automotive industry since 2014, started as a lot attendant then worked my way up through express advisor to mainline advisor. I had run the used car reconditioning department for another company for the last three years. I saw a great opportunity at Volvo cars gilbert and decided to give it a shot. I am pleased to say that I am happy with the decision to make the leap to Volvo cars gilbert. Look forward to seeing what the next years working for Volvo have in store.
With over 15 years in the automotive industry, I bring a strong focus on customer care and technical expertise. Originally from Boise, Idaho, I moved to Glendale, Arizona to earn my associate’s degree in automotive sciences from GCC and have continued my career in the Phoenix area ever since. After years in the domestic market, I joined Volvo to expand my skills with European vehicles. Outside of work, I enjoy hockey, camping, and lake time with my wife and our dog, Athena.
As a Service Advisor, I bring lifelong interest and 10+ years of experience to the automotive field. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, moved to Arizona in 2011, left in 2023 to the East Coast then came back to Arizona in 2026. Think of the Johnny Cash Song “I’ve been everywhere”. My personal interests are car restoration, exploring the outdoors, traveling, reading, ministry and volunteer work. I believe business should be done with honesty, care and integrity. Communication is key because although we might think this just a car business, it’s really a people business.
I am a true Arizonan native, as I was born and raised here in the state. I started my career in the automotive industry as a lot attendant within the organization and transferred to Volvo Cars Gilbert. Outside of work I actively practice and compete in the martial of Muay Thai & Boxing.
A lot of my friends know me as “Chadwick.” I am light-hearted and
outgoing extreme sports enthusiast who thrives on adventure and high energy. Whether I’m
flying, riding, out shooting, or trying something completely wild, I’m always chasing that
next adrenaline rush.
Outside of the action, I’m all about the balance of spending quality time with family, working on
myself as well as my crafts and lending a hand wherever I can. Helping others and creating
meaningful connections is what keeps me grounded. Life’s too short & I’m here to make the
most of every moment.
I started my tenure at Volvo Cars Gibert after transferring from
Porsche Chandler earlier this year. I am a former Marine that was stationed at Camp
Pendleton, CA. I worked in the Motor Pool during my time in the service. I did various types
of jobs in the military from transporting hazardous materials to inventory control specialist.
Some hobbies I like to do is going to the shooting range, spending time with my family, and
going on evening walks. I am very excited about his new position as Parts Counter Sales!
