Mr. Luis Parra made the process of buying a car very easy. He had deep knowlege of every model and trim. Facilitated choosing the model and trim. He was polite and listened to the needs of the customer.

I greatly appreciate the Uber lifts to and from. I live only a few miles away but too far to walk so very appreciative for a ride home while you work on my auto.

The 20K mileage service went without any issues. In and out within a day. Fairly sure it was mostly an oil and filter change with just an all over vehicle inspection. Dealership was friendly and quick to get us taken care of.
My first experience with this dealership started with the sales manager Bo, who I found to be very unfriendly and dismissive. Bo passed us on to one of the salesman named Jaden who was polite courteous and friendly. My wife and I came back the next day after discussing the car to discuss purchase details with Jaden, Jaden was off that day which left us with Bo, talking with Bo about final purchase details was irritating and frustrating to the point of almost walking out. The Finance officer Ahmad was again very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Volvo. This is the third time in six years that the AC in my Volvo has gone out, which is incredibly frustrating for a vehicle of this caliber.
I was only about 1,000 miles outside of the warranty, and while Volvo did offer a “goodwill” discount, I still ended up paying $1,200 out of pocket. What made the experience even more frustrating was not having a clear understanding upfront of what exactly was being repaired and what the total cost would be.

I’m not sure if this was a fluke or not, but it took Volvo Cars of Gilbert several days to fix my vehicle… in the end, all it really needed was a new battery… which was under warranty. I was told it took so long to fix because a lot of their technicians were sick. While I understand, the reality is that I had an appointment that they couldn’t keep. Michael and the rest of the team were quick to get me checked in. Everyone was friendly. Michael explained everything to me. They informed me how long they expected the service to take and kept me updated throughout the appointment.
This dealership went out of it's way to service our Volvo XC60 Recharge. They took on an unknown electrical problem and fixed it. They also are great communicators keeping us informed.
The service advisor was very helpful in getting my vehicle into the mechanic for repair as quickly as possible. He gave me timelines and explained everything.
The dealership meant business. They gave me the best price out of all dealers and got to work asap. They did majority of the deal for me and was able to give me price that was FAIR. They do not try to make you pay things you don’t need. 10/10 experience. Recommending my family and friends

Super frustrating that I rushed there to make a 10AM appointment and then they didn’t start servicing my car until 2PM. As well, I asked them to fix my cellular (Bluetooth) connection issue. It worked fine when I picked the car up on Friday, but on Saturday ALL internal sound failed. Had no radio, no turn signal sound, no phone sound, nothing. Had to bring it back in AGAIN. My vehicle was in for 50,000 mile maintenance. Advisor Joshua greeted me and went through what was covered and cost involved. The technician while inspecting my vehicle videoed his findings and reported two that were safety related and addressed additional expense. I agreed to repair the additional safety findings and met with the advisor. M dead XC60 was collected in a timely manner and towed to Gilbert Volvo. The towing was expertly done and delivered. The battery was bad but still in warranty so it was replaced at no charge. The standard yearly inspection discovered a bad engine support and it was replaced. Price was reasonable for all the work performed.
Jacob communicates clearly and provides prompt updates. I always receive an extremely high level of customer service at this dealership. Thank you!

I have been going to Gilbert Volvo for years in its former iterations such as Tempe Volvo. The service has always been exceptional and the staff in all departments attentive, gracious, helpful, and professional. It is important to note that the vehicles I have brought to Gilbert Volvo, an S80 and now a S90, have been very difficult to find, both acquired from east coast dealers. The fact that I did not buy my cars from Gilbert Volvo has made absolutely no difference in the excellent service I have received.

We worked with Jaden and Tony and the purchase of the car was a decent experience. We needed the car transported to another state & were not happy with that part. A transport company was “highly recommenced” and someone at the dealership stated they used it themself. But the company that was highly recommended that we used subbed the transport out to someone we never heard of or could look up because the transport was already a done deal.

Robert is always a great service representative. Unfortunately, he was off during most of my service visit. I had to call the service department twice for updates on my vehicle. Upon completion of the service and pickup, I was not given details of what issue was found/resolved. I was just given my keys and told to have a good day. Robert always provides exceptional service, so in his absence it was a disappointment not to receive the same courtesy.
