The overall experience was the best I’ve had in my car purchasing history. The entire process was not in anyway stressful. Super frustrating that I rushed there to make a 10AM appointment and then they didn’t start servicing my car until 2PM. As well, I asked them to fix my cellular (Bluetooth) connection issue. It worked fine when I picked the car up on Friday, but on Saturday ALL internal sound failed. Had no radio, no turn signal sound, no phone sound, nothing. Had to bring it back in AGAIN. I was having an awful time with car. I couldn't text out it wasn't working properly. I appreciate that he was able to get it so quickly and now I can use it again.
My vehicle was in for 50,000 mile maintenance. Advisor Joshua greeted me and went through what was covered and cost involved. The technician while inspecting my vehicle videoed his findings and reported two that were safety related and addressed additional expense. I agreed to repair the additional safety findings and met with the advisor. I had another personal appointment and explained that I needed to leave since the repairs would take an additional two hours. Good vehicle selection and staff were professional and helpful in finding the car car at the right price. I give extra points to Ashton, who was patient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Ahamed and Bo were good too. Ahamed was especially helpful in talking through which additional services made sense.
I always appreciate the care taken when having my car serviced at Volvo Gilbert and this was no different. I was a little disappointed to find that my car was clearly not washed even though I was sure to opt for that service.

M dead XC60 was collected in a timely manner and towed to Gilbert Volvo. The towing was expertly done and delivered. The battery was bad but still in warranty so it was replaced at no charge. The standard yearly inspection discovered a bad engine support and it was replaced. Price was reasonable for all the work performed.
Jacob communicates clearly and provides prompt updates. I always receive an extremely high level of customer service at this dealership. Thank you!

Everything went well. The only issue is there is sticker residue on the windows, so that was a tad disappointing
I have been going to Gilbert Volvo for years in its former iterations such as Tempe Volvo. The service has always been exceptional and the staff in all departments attentive, gracious, helpful, and professional. It is important to note that the vehicles I have brought to Gilbert Volvo, an S80 and now a S90, have been very difficult to find, both acquired from east coast dealers. The fact that I did not buy my cars from Gilbert Volvo has made absolutely no difference in the excellent service I have received.

I reached out about a new car and everyone I spoke with, including the sales manager Bo, was incredibly friendly and quick to share honest and upfront pricing with me. My car was serviced 7/11 on 7/13 I left for work there were lights that came on the dash board stating there was something wrong with the battery. When the car was there for service why was this not found??? On 7/14 the lights were still on I called and spoke to Mike he is amazing!! I brought my car in for regular service. I have a Volvo S 60. I’m very glad I brought my car into Gilbert Volvo because they found a part that was broken. Luckily, it was covered under the warranty, but I had a not going to them for their service and did an oil change somewhere else like an express oil change service I would never have found the broken part. I had a very positive experience purchasing a car here. Ashton was respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Ahamed was super friendly and helpful too, as was Bo. Overall very positive experience and I would gladly come here again for a future purchase or lease.
We worked with Jaden and Tony and the purchase of the car was a decent experience. We needed the car transported to another state & were not happy with that part. A transport company was “highly recommenced” and someone at the dealership stated they used it themself. But the company that was highly recommended that we used subbed the transport out to someone we never heard of or could look up because the transport was already a done deal.

Robert is always a great service representative. Unfortunately, he was off during most of my service visit. I had to call the service department twice for updates on my vehicle. Upon completion of the service and pickup, I was not given details of what issue was found/resolved. I was just given my keys and told to have a good day. Robert always provides exceptional service, so in his absence it was a disappointment not to receive the same courtesy.

I am never disappointed with the service provided at Volvo Cars Gilbert Service Dept. My representive Michael Uchida always takes good care of me. After each service my car is wash and vacuum. If I have to leave it over night they provide me a loaner.

Service was complete with such professionalism and with less money than it was originally quoted. The technician took his time to explain the process, the reasons for specific maintenance and why it was reduced for less maintenance not required. I am happy with the service, experience and professionalism. I did not feel taken advantage of at all. 10/10
Jake did a great job keeping me appraised of progress and repair recommendations. He also listened to my concerns for a console delamination and worked with management and Volvo to have it repaired even though it was out of warranty.
