Robert is always a great service representative. Unfortunately, he was off during most of my service visit. I had to call the service department twice for updates on my vehicle. Upon completion of the service and pickup, I was not given details of what issue was found/resolved. I was just given my keys and told to have a good day. Robert always provides exceptional service, so in his absence it was a disappointment not to receive the same courtesy.

I am never disappointed with the service provided at Volvo Cars Gilbert Service Dept. My representive Michael Uchida always takes good care of me. After each service my car is wash and vacuum. If I have to leave it over night they provide me a loaner.

Service was complete with such professionalism and with less money than it was originally quoted. The technician took his time to explain the process, the reasons for specific maintenance and why it was reduced for less maintenance not required. I am happy with the service, experience and professionalism. I did not feel taken advantage of at all. 10/10
Jake did a great job keeping me appraised of progress and repair recommendations. He also listened to my concerns for a console delamination and worked with management and Volvo to have it repaired even though it was out of warranty.

I had ordered the valet service, and Joshua was my driver. He was professional and genuinely friendly. The tech, Akbar (if i remember correctly), did an absolutely bang-up job on my car. Jacob, Rob and a technician at Gilbert Volvo were so helpful and went out of their way to stay late to align my car after getting new tires at a different Volvo location whose alignment machine was broken. Their customer service was exceptional and I am so grateful for their help. I will definitely be coming back to this Volvo in the future!

I was experiencing an intermittent problem with the air-conditioner, the team at Gilbert Volvo did an exceptional job at isolating the root issue, repairing the air-conditioning system, There was a problem with an additional component in the air-conditioning system which was not included in the original quote, the service manager, Annabelle explained the situation to me in detail and came up with a financial resolution that I was very pleased with... Beautiful offices and waiting room. Jacob visited me in the waiting room, letting me know status of the computer results, advised me they were all covered buy the warranty and there would be no cost to me. He also kept me informed of the status of the repairs. Excellent service appointment.

Gilbert service dept was fine. My complaint is with Volvo corporate. My second XC60 lease vehicle. Both had engine related service issues within the first 6 months. Not happy about that. Secondly, the dealership did not have the needed parts on hand requiring me to return for follow up visits both times. The needed parts described for my current issue did not sound like a rare part issue. Volvo needs to supply their dealerships better.

Excellent customer service in the sales department. We don’t buy cars often, like maybe once every 15-20 years, so I was apprehensive about the sales experience. Ashton was excellent. He was patient, answered our questions and when we left without test driving the first two visits he never pushed. When we came back for a test drive, he remembered us and the items that were a priority for us. When we finally decided to purchase a new XC60 the entire process was very easy. The repair work seems to be good. I had an issue with charging and now it's back to normal. Service advisor John kept us informed and was great to work with. Overall, I am very pleased with the customer service I received. The purchase of this vehicle was very good and was completed thoroughly. This is the second Volvo that I have purchased from Volvo Cars Gilbert. If I had any concerns it would be the time it takes to get the paperwork completed, but I understand that they must be thorough. Yes I will definitely look at purchasing from Volvo Cars Gilbert in the future.

I consider Volvo cars. Gilbert the anti-car dealer because I have never had a bad experience with them! They genuinely care about keeping the customer happy. They don't constantly try and upsell you for services and prices are more than competitive. I remain 100% satisfied and would recommend Volvo cars. Gilbert (and actually have) to anyone!

Our family has been with Volvo of Gilbert since 2017. This year, 2026, we decided to purchase a new Volvo XC90 plug in hybrid and had one of the best experiences with Kaylee Amante. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient when working with us our 2 young kids. We took so many test drives and she even drove us around so we could experience sitting in the back seats! Highly recommended dealership for maintenance and purchase of a great car.

I purchased my Volvo XC60 in Scottsdale, but unfortunately, the service department there has been very disappointing. They always seem short-staffed, rarely answer their phones, and I often have to leave voicemails just to get a callback. At times, they even forget to return calls, which means I have to constantly follow up.
