The S60 is a real looker, but, update, as of today Oct 22 2019. 1805. Garlyn Shelton and Volvo, have had my car so many days, i am not sure of the total, i believe we are now at 15/18 days total.
I have not had any response or update from Garlyn Shelton or Volvo. Have left at least 2 messages, with NO response. Seems like No Response is good customer service.
Navigation issues x4, vibrating door and blown speaker (alleged), hood release trim x2, TPMS, Full reinstall of computer system, Brakes fluttering,
Navigation still unresolved.
Sales Team at Garlyn Shelton Volvo has treated me well enough during the sales experience.
Sadly enough, since the begining of September my Volvo S60 t6 has visited the shop almost weekly. And has now stayed in the shop for 11 of the past 14 days.
It seems that silence is the preferred response from Garlyn Shelton and Volvo "care" team.
I am supposed to accept this situation with no complaint or resolution to the amount of time frustration and stress lost due to this situation. Im paying for a vehicle.im not using, and driving a loaner, at least that.
One thing for sure, i wont be back.…
